Mr. Kewley is responsible for the preparation of all project tenders, which includes negotiations required for the successful award of all contracts awarded to BA Blacktop Ltd.

Mr. Hirsig is responsible for the financial and administrative functions of the company.

Mr. Van Der Werff is responsible for the successful construction of all of BA Blacktop's general contracts, and design/build roadwork contracts.
